Why We Shouldn't Outsource Design Work

Aside from actual lack of design (which is a whole different issue), here are some messages recently received from the designers (who, as you may gather, are not from the US):

"Should I should the file you uploaded or the one you specified"

"I am not sure with our initial agreement of sending the message with an hour interval, will cause the next batch to consider as spamming."
