Defying the Heavens

It’s my second day back in the UK, and what have I done so far? Returned library books on campus, gone grocery shopping, blogged, organized my digital photos, and answered e-mails. And bought a raincoat. Never again will I stoop to attempting to dry my sweatshirt with an automatic hand dryer. And while umbrellas may be impractical here in gusty, blustery Brighton, I refuse to continue to be hindered by the heavens’ weepy inconveniences.
